Our Aims:
- Financial Control and Financial planning, budgeting and reporting
- Negotiation and management of the Hospital’s funding allocation
- Maintenance of accurate and auditable financial records
- Accurate and efficient processing of Salaries and Pensions ensuring that all employees are paid accurately and on time.
- Procurement of goods and services for the Hospital in accordance with EU procurement directives, government guidelines and internal policies and procedures
- Leadership of the Hospital’s value- for-money initiatives
- Accurate and efficient transaction processing of Accounts Payable and Accounts receivable
