If you have feedback or suggestions relating to the care you received during your stay, including good experiences you’d like to thank the staff for, please let us know and we will share this with the relevant service and staff.

Complaints
Clontarf Hospital aims to resolve issues locally as soon as identified. If you are an inpatient and have any concerns please contact the Clinical Nurse Manager or Nurse in charge. If your concerns cannot be resolved at a local level or if you wish to make a formal complaint please contact the Quality Department at quality@ioh.ie.
