Dear Staff of Kincora Ward, we wish to express our gratitude for the great care our mother received during her time spent on the Kincora Ward. We really appreciate all the support and care the various teams gave our mother. The medical team, social work team, the carers, the catering and cleaning teams and in particular the physiotherapy and occupational therapy teams made it possible for her to recuperate and return to her home. The care and support she received and the constant updates we received made a difficult and worrying time so much easier to navigate for her and us. We are happy to report that the tenacious and resilient Mum is settling in back home and doing well. With much gratitude.

Hi, I was a patient in Vernon ward for three and a half weeks . Thank you to all the staff for their tireless dedication and for going above and beyond to ensure everyone feels cared for. In particular, I would like to thank all the nursing staff , care assistants plus all the staff who looked after me. Too many to mention by name. I would like to thank the physio team plus OT team. I had a wonderful experience in Clontarf and because of this, I am making good progress. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

To everyone on Swan Ward, We cannot thank you enough for your kindness that you have shown towards dad during his stay. From the day he landed you made him feel ‘welcome’ and in ‘safe hands’. Every day he had a funny story to tell us ! ... I know he will be lonesome leaving as he said himself. He is very fond of ye and ye have been very good to him. As a family, we cannot repay you for your hard work each and every day, making difficult tasks look so easy and this is a reflection of your professionalism. Dedication and above all your kindness and for that we are forever grateful.
