Our Estates, Maintenance and ESG Team covers a wide range of areas, including sustainability initiatives and compliance, maintenance and capital works.
Services Provided:
- Overseeing plant and equipment maintenance to drive down emissions and ensure optimal energy efficiency.
- Reviewing estate infrastructure to identify necessary upgrades or replacements.
- Planning and managing capital improvement projects.
- Medical gas management.
- Delivering engineering solutions and tracking utility consumption to optimise building performance.
- Managing national-level energy and waste reporting in compliance with climate directives.
- Updating the Climate Action Roadmap to meet government sustainability mandates.
