Our Quality and Patient Safety Department is responsible for ensuring all aspects of patient care – from hospital cleanliness to accuracy of medical records – are of the highest standards.
Responsible for:
- identifying areas where improvements can be made
- implementing strategies to enhance the quality of care provided to patients.
- ensuring that the hospital is in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
- developing and implementing policies and procedures that promote quality care

Our Role:
The Quality and Patient Safety Department works closely with other hospital departments to ensure that these policies and procedures are followed, and that any issues that arise are addressed promptly. Overall, the Quality and Patient Safety Department plays a critical role in ensuring that the hospital provides the highest level of care to its patients and it also helps to ensure that the hospital is able to achieve its goals and provide the best possible care to its patients.
