Clontarf Rehabilitation Hospital

Located in the heart of the Clontarf community in Dublin, the Hospital provides specialist rehabilitation to patients referred from hospitals across the Dublin region. We specialise in supporting people to recover from injuries, illnesses, or surgeries, as well as providing rehabilitation for people of all ages through our dedicated Assessment and Rehabilitation Units. Our patients are referred to us from Dublin’s leading acute hospitals, including the Mater Misericordiae University Hospital and Beaumont Hospital, ensuring a seamless, expertly coordinated pathway of care.

At Clontarf Rehabilitation Hospital, our multidisciplinary community of approximately 350 staff, including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, nurses, doctors, and health professionals, works with every patient and their families to restore strength, movement and confidence. Every care plan is tailored to ensure every step forward is supported on the path back to independence.

In 2026, we celebrated 150 years of exceptional rehabilitation and care and are committed to delivering the same, person-centred rehabilitation to the communities we serve today, and for the next 150 years.
